Luis Saavedra Ecologic Cellar is located in Cenicientos, in the southwest area of Madrid and shares a border with Ávila and Toledo provinces.The vineyards wich are in Cenicientos and Cadalso de los Vidrios lay on slopes with different degrees of inclination, on some of the slopes mechanized farm work is not allowed so it is done by means of manual tools with the help of mules.
The vineyard area includes 26 hectares, with an average age of 70 years.
Bodegas Mazas was born to make out of the box and high-end wines. Our family tradition and our roots help us to understand the process and pay attention to the details from the vineyard to the last step in the winemaking process, whilst using the newest technology to create hand crafted wines in our renovated winery in morales de Toro.
All grapes we use to make our wines come from our own and unique vineyards under the appellation of origin TORO. The rigorous hand selection of the bunches of grapes, the handcrafted and traditional winemaking techniques and the ageing process our wines undertake, give us excellent wines of the highest quality.
Bodegas Arrayán was founded in 1999 as a personal project of entrepreneur José María Entrecanales and his wife, María Marsans, on their estate, La Verdosa, which is located in Santa Cruz de Retamar, Toledo.
To this end, renowned Australian viticulturist, Richard Smart, was commissioned to perform an exhaustive study of the terrain, soil, and climate in order to choose the optimal exposures, orientations and varieties in accordance with the winery's goals. Planting of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot commenced in the section of the vineyard with the highest altitude, in harmony with the holm oak trees scattered around the estate.

Bodegas Ondarre were created with the aim of making wines with a clear typical personality reflecting the town of Viana. An identity which is defined by the diversity of the soils and the distribution of the small, old vineyards on the slopes which climb up towards the Sierra.
Low-yielding vines, with careful selection of the grapes. Only in this way is it possible to achieve wines which are the reflection of a terroir which expresses itself through the climate, soil and the handiwork of man.
It is impossible to conceive of Bodegas Olarra without its Architecture. The design of the building, the work of Juan Antonio Ridruejo in 1973, was inspired by and for wine. In itself it constitutes a treatise of architecture applied to the winemaking process, to which it is perfectly adapted.
Its most prominent feature, the roof which crowns the barrel cellar, made up of 111 hexagonal domes, is arranged in this way to prevent sharp changes of temperature.
