The vineyards that give the grapes with which we make this wine are in the province of Zamora, near the river Duero at 710 meters altitude. The grape is 100% bull ink.
After a carbonic maceration, the wine is pressed and passes the malolactic fermentation, aging for 3 months with its lees. The wine remains in the cellar for 9 more months in the bottle for refining before its release to the market.
The wine surprises with its bright ruby color with purple and blue highlights. Clearly fruity aromas, in which the red fruits stand out, especially cherry. In the mouth, the wine has a light and soft body. The tannin of the wine is ripe. The persistence is long and full of aromas of red fruits. The end brings licorice flavors that mark the complexity of this young red wine.
